This policy explains what information Horizon Lighting, Inc. ("Horizon," "we," "us") collects through horizonlightinginc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Proposal and contact requests. Your name, email, phone number, company or property name, property city and type, the services you're interested in, and your message.
- Job applications. Your name, email, phone number, the position and location you're applying for, your desired start date and anything you tell us about your experience.
- Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block spam and abuse.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your personal information.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare a proposal.
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To keep the site secure, working and free of spam.
How form submissions are handled
Our forms are processed by Formspree, a form service. Formspree emails each submission to the right team at Horizon (proposal requests to our sales team, job applications to our HR team) and keeps a copy in our Formspree account. Only Horizon staff who handle these requests can see them.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and handle forms (Cloudflare and Formspree), and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep proposal requests as long as needed to serve you as a customer or prospect. We keep job applications as long as needed for hiring and as required by employment law.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you may ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we don't sell or share it). To make a request, email info@horizonlightinginc.com or call (877) 467-4966. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
